I love Ron's but this location in BA ... might not come back. Server was very efficient on getting our food and drink but but so far when we have been here for 20 minutes and no food. It is not busy at all. The Ron's at 71st and Garnett at least brings out our bacon cheesetots before our meal (we asked if we could have it before our meal) which takes about 3- 5 minutes to come out then our food a Max of 10 more minutes. Our waitress is great but the kitchen... sucks!!

Jessica was a sweet and fantastic server. We had fried chicken, a chili cheese burger, and bacon cheese fries. Everything was incredible!!! Highly recommended! HUGE Portions.

Waited for 45 mins & never got our food. I will never come back ever again with my family. They could have warned us about the wait & at least brought our fries out. I think we were the 4th table to leave. Happy Father's Day to me

Oh my gosh, the bathroom was a total wreck. Thank God there was soap! But, alas no towels... The restaurant was better, but only just. Luckily the food is, without a doubt, some of the most classic Tulsa greasy spoon, legendary chow around. Love it! Sausage cheese burger is a must. Spanish fries. Their fried chicken chunks will remind you of the old Rex's chicken (rex is back by the way!). Try the spanish chicken chunks. I haven't even mentioned the chili. Famous! Sometimes a dirty dive is just a dirty dive, but sometimes it's heaven!

This is the only chili I will eat. I prefer it without beans. The cheese is really good also, for some reason I seem to recall along time ago they had pepper jack shredded cheese with the chili as the norm. Had a burger for the first time yesterday. It was pretty good but I'll stick with the chili. Also the small side salad is a decent size for $1.25. Its romaine lettuce, none of that iceberg or shredded iceberg crap. I've had bad experiences at other Ron's locations. I believe they are individually owned. I've lived in almost every suburb of Tulsa and I will always drive the distance to eat at this location only.

Nice hole in the wall kind of place, usually means really good food. They ask that you wait so they can seat you. My drink was on the table before I could look through the entire menu and my order was taken almost immediately after I was ready. The drinks in this place are huge (added a picture for reference) and like other reviewers suggested order a half order of fried if you not sharing. Food was tasty and the burger had a unique taste.

The burger was mediocre and the fries weren't that great. I heard good things and the reviews were good so I had to try it. Not sure I'll be back the place seemed run down and dirty, and paid just under $10 for just the further and fries that barely satisfied my hunger. I'd rather drive the extra few miles and get a satisfying meal from Fat Guys.

I love this place. It is one of those guilty pleasures. I would say most of the locations taste the same, I've even been to 2 locations in OKC, but this one seems to be the one I like the best. Everything from burgers to chili 3-ways to frito chili pie, all are awesome. I try to get something with their chili on it. They have a chili-cheese burger where they take a burger (bun and all) and pour chili over it, there's no way to eat it without a fork. For burgers, it may be a little expensive, but the portions are insane. I usually end up with leftovers or need to be fork-lifted out. The price is probably right at $10 per person for entree and drink.

I go to Ron's with a club I belong to. They all love it, but me, not so much. The food is greasy! If you like greasy hamburgers, soggy rolls, and salty french fries, you'll like it. It's just too much grease for me. But it is popular, so who am I to say?

My friend and I would come here just for the cheese fries with jalapenos and onions. They give you so much and it's super good! Extra greasy and tasty. The rootbeer also seems to be particularly refreshing.

We have one up where I live and ive always driven by but never braved going in. First off I dont mean this to sound rude, but if you are a little overweight and want to feel good about yourself, this may be a good place to go for a confidence boost. There were some seemingly regulars here who could benefit from a different diet. The place is extremely old fashioned seeming without any attempt to spruce it up, or go with a vintage look. What most people care about is the food, the fries were ok, but the burger troubled me to no end. I know that sometimes a bun on the bottom will get wet from grease, but I still cant fathom how my entire bun was wet. The top of my bun looked like it had just run a marathon with the beads of liquid all over it.It was too wet for me and I cast it aside and ate the burger and bottom bun with a fork. I am not burger snob, I eat at a greasy spoon in springdale called "patricks" occasionally. This wasnt good, but people must like it because its been around forever, more power to them.

Great food. I've eaten Ron's at several of the other locations. Great having one just down the street.

I've done a review for Ron's before, but it's almost unfair to judge the entire Ron's chain by one location. Well, I guess it's kind of a chain, but different locations are independently owned? Anyway, all Ron's are different in my opinion! My husband and I drive a little out of our way to go to this particular location even though we have a Ron's right next to where we live. Why? Bigger bang for your buck! The one by our home charges the same prices as the one on Elm, but their portions are pretty small. Example: if you order a half order of chili cheese fries at the one by our place, you are lucky to get a child's portion of fries. This location, if you order a half order they give you a huge mountain of fries smothered in chili, cheese, and onions so big you could share it with a family of 4! It's bigger than the full order at the other place. I would honestly hate to see the full order at this location! My husband orders the chili cheese fries and nothing else, and takes half of it home. The drinking glasses are HUGE, the staff is always friendly, and yes the burgers can be small but they are so good! Well worth the drive to this location! The only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is b/c it is an older building with broken in booths and kind of ghetto bathrooms, but I don't go there to go hang out in the bathroom lol.

The portions are large for the price. If you want a good burger you can get it here. If ordering fries, only order a half order, you probably won't be able to eat all of it. The jalapeno boneless chicken is spicy and plenty of it. They really need to update the seating, carpet and bathrooms, a bit rundown and need some TLC.
